At Hazelwood Schools, we have a number of facilities across our large site available for hire for different functions at a reasonable rate.  

These facilities can be used for:

• Parties & events
• Clubs and organisations, both in the evenings and at weekends
• Filming and promotion
• Community and religious organisations

Our facilities include:

• Two generously sized halls
• A large dining hall
• A commercial kitchen
• A fully functioning children's / adult's kitchen
• A dedicated music room
• Multiple playgrounds
• Children’s centre offices
• 23 full size classrooms plus smaller additional spaces
• Conference and meeting rooms
• Forest School and Wildlife area

Extended Day Provision

To enhance our broad curriculum, we also provide classrooms for various breakfast & after school clubs. The cost of this letting is currently £13 per hour.

e.g. – Science club (using one classroom) = £13 per hour, 12 hours per term = £156 per term

Safeguarding 

Any business operating within a school is required to provide their Safeguarding Policy and the provisions put in place for checking staff, DBS checks and any training staff undertake. We will need to have sight of this information before approving bookings.
