Mental Health and Wellbeing Week
During Mental Health and Wellbeing Week, children explore practical ways to care for their own mental health. Each year we focus on a different theme — for example, ‘Connecting’ and the power of positive relationships; ‘Your Voice Matters’ and how to use our voices to be heard and to help others; ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself’ which encourages listening to and expressing ourselves to build self‑awareness; and ‘This Is My Place’, which celebrates belonging and how we can help everyone feel included.
Across the week pupils take part in a variety of activities that build simple, everyday strategies they can use to stay well and support one another.
