Schools are required to publish information regarding any staff members who earn over £100,000 per year. At Hazelwood Schools, no member of staff earns over this threshold.

Related Party Transactions

Staff and governors must declare any relevant financial, material or personal interest they may have and declare any conflicts of interest in any new procurement process. Click here for more information.


Gender Pay Gap Analysis 

Schools of fewer than 250 staff are not required to publish gender pay gap analysis. However, as a community school, all of our staff are employed by the London Borough of Enfield.
